Bol su i\u00e7erseniz herhangi bir zarar\u0131 olmaz.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yo\u011furt k\u00fcr\u00fcyle zay\u0131flayanlardan biri de benim. 45 g\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 kg 500 gram verdim. Ama sadece yo\u011furt k\u00fcr\u00fcyle yetinmedim, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenmeye \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterdim. Zira biliyorum ki ne yo\u011furt ne de ba\u015fka bir g\u0131da yaln\u0131z ba\u015f\u0131na zay\u0131flatamaz. Diyet yapmak \u015fart\u0131yla bu takviyelerden de faydalan\u0131rsak rahatl\u0131kla kilo verebiliriz. Ancak hamileyseniz bunu yapmay\u0131n. Bir de haftada en fazla 2 kere yapabilirsiniz. Yoksa zerde\u00e7al midenizi rahats\u0131z edebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Her Sal\u0131 ve Cuma g\u00fcn\u00fc yo\u011furt k\u00fcr\u00fc uyguluyorum. Ak\u015fam saatlerinde t\u00fcketiyorum, 3 haftad\u0131r buna devam ediyorum. Yo\u011furt k\u00fcr\u00fc sayesinde 4 kilo verebildim. Fakat sadece diyet yapmak da k\u00e2fi de\u011fil. Egzersiz ve d\u00fczenli, tempolu y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yapmak \u015fart. \u0130\u015fte o zaman diyetin faydas\u0131 mutlaka g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Mesela ben g\u00fcnde 1 saat y\u00fcr\u00fcyordum, evdeyken de spor yapmay\u0131 ihmal etmiyordum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yatmadan 3 saat evvel yo\u011furt k\u00fcr\u00fc t\u00fcketiyorum ve sonra mutlaka 3-4 bardak su i\u00e7iyorum. V\u00fccut geceleri ya\u011f yak\u0131yormu\u015f. Yo\u011furt k\u00fcr\u00fcndeki tar\u00e7\u0131n, zencefil ve zerde\u00e7al ise ya\u011f yak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran maddeler. Bilhassa zencefilin ya\u011f yak\u0131m\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkisi \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc. Tar\u00e7\u0131n da kan \u015fekerinin d\u00fczenlenmesinde fayda sa\u011fl\u0131yor. B\u00f6ylece siz uyurken v\u00fccudunuz har\u0131l har\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p ya\u011flar\u0131 eritiyor ve sabahleyin en az yar\u0131m kilo kaybetmi\u015f oluyorsunuz.
