A\u011f\u0131z kokusunu \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenler:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00fczenli olarak di\u015flerinizi f\u0131r\u00e7alay\u0131n. \u0130ftar ve sahurdan sonra en az 3-4 dakika boyunca di\u015flerinizi f\u0131r\u00e7alay\u0131n.<\/li>\n<li>Di\u015f ipi kullan\u0131n. Sahuru yapt\u0131ktan sonra a\u011fz\u0131n\u0131za birka\u00e7 tane karanfil at\u0131p bunu \u00e7i\u011fneyin. Her sahurdan sonra bunu al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirin. Karanfil a\u011f\u0131z kokusu i\u00e7in birebirdir, en h\u0131zl\u0131 ve pratik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmd\u00fcr.<\/li>\n<li>Karbonat a\u011f\u0131zdaki kokuyu n\u00f6trleyip kokunun yok edilmesinde faydal\u0131 olabiliyor.
