Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da bu m\u00fcbarek Ramazan g\u00fcnlerinde susuzluk \u00e7ekmemek i\u00e7in bir anda su t\u00fcketimine abanmak da do\u011fru de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Peki Ramazan ay\u0131nda iftar ve sahur \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnlerinde suyu nas\u0131l ve ne kadar i\u00e7meliyiz? Ramazan ay\u0131 i\u00e7in neler yiyip i\u00e7mek gerekti\u011fine dair \u00f6nemli uyar\u0131larda bulunan Prof. Dr. Halit Tanju Besler&#8217;den sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bilgiler&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>SAHURDA SU \u0130\u00c7MEN\u0130N \u00d6NEM\u0130 NED\u0130R?<\/h3>\n<p>M\u00fcbarek Ramazan-\u0131 \u015eerif ay\u0131nda oru\u00e7 ibadetini yerine getirecek olan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kimselerin sahura kalkt\u0131klar\u0131nda yeterli miktarda su t\u00fcketmeleri hem sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan hem de oru\u00e7lu iken zorlanmamalar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6nemlidir. B\u00f6ylelikle de s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde sindirim sistemini canlan\u0131r.<br \/>\n-Yava\u015f olan metabolizma sisteminin h\u0131zlanmas\u0131n\u0131 olumlu y\u00f6nde destekler. Bu durum sahurdan sonra yenen yiyeceklerin daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde sindirilmesine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n-Oru\u00e7lu iken \u00f6zellikle de ilk g\u00fcnlerde yayg\u0131n olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen ba\u015f a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 ve halsizlik gibi olumsuz durumlar\u0131 bertaraf ederek, iftar zaman\u0131na kadar ki olan s\u00fcre\u00e7te zihinsel aktivitenin korunmas\u0131na etkili olarak ve odaklanmay\u0131 geli\u015ftirmektedir.<br \/>\n-Sahurda yeterli d\u00fczeyde i\u00e7ilen su iftardan sonraki d\u00f6nemde v\u00fccudun nemli kalmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar.<br \/>\n-Ayr\u0131ca yudumlar halinde sahurda su i\u00e7mek, v\u00fccudun zararl\u0131 toksinleri uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmak ve \u00e7\u00f6pleri temizlemesi konusunda \u00f6nemli destekler sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3>\u0130FTARDA SUYU NE KADAR VE NASIL \u0130\u00c7MEL\u0130Y\u0130Z?<\/h3>\n<p>Orucun a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 iftar vaktinde sofrada su t\u00fcketimini abartmamak gerekti\u011fine de\u011finen Prof. Dr. Halit Tanju Besler, &#8220;Orucunuzu a\u00e7arken hemen \u00e7ok fazla su i\u00e7meyin. Ayr\u0131ca Ramazan denilince sofralar muazzam \u00e7e\u015fitli oluyor. \u0130ftar\u0131n ilk yar\u0131m saatinde t\u00fcm yemekleri t\u00fcketmeyin. Bir su barda\u011f\u0131 ile orucunuzu a\u00e7abilirsiniz. Suyu i\u00e7tikten sonra; hurma, zeytin, bir k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7a az tuzlu peynir gibi \u015feyler yiyin. En \u00f6nemli nokta budur. Uzun s\u00fcreli a\u00e7l\u0131k var, kan \u015fekeri d\u00fc\u015fme s\u00f6z konusu olabiliyor. Bu da ki\u015finin b\u00fct\u00fcn biyolojisini etkileyebilir.
