Uluslararas\u0131 Kat\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 Akci\u011fer Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Kongresi (UASK), 9-12 Nisan tarihleri aras\u0131nda Antalya&#8217;da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Kongrede solunum hastal\u0131klar\u0131, t\u00fct\u00fcn ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, akci\u011fer kanseri, yapay zek\u00e2 destekli tan\u0131 y\u00f6ntemleri ve uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bir\u00e7ok konu ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<br \/>\nKongreye kat\u0131lan G\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 Uzman\u0131 Prof. Dr. Mehmet Karada\u011f, \u00f6zellikle uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekti. Uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnyada yeterince \u00f6nemsenmedi\u011fini ifade eden Karada\u011f, her y\u0131l 70&#8217;ten fazla \u00fclkede d\u00fczenlenen D\u00fcnya Uyku G\u00fcn\u00fc etkinliklerinin bu konuya fark\u0131ndal\u0131k sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla d\u00fczenlendi\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. &#8220;Uyku sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6nceleyin&#8221; mesaj\u0131n\u0131n bu y\u0131lki tema oldu\u011funu aktaran Karada\u011f, uykunun yaln\u0131zca dinlenme de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda fiziksel ve psikolojik sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in zorunlu bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. En yayg\u0131n uyku bozuklu\u011funun ise uyku apnesi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Mehmet Karada\u011f, bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n solunumun durmas\u0131yla birlikte beyin ve di\u011fer hayati organlar\u0131n yeterince oksijen alamamas\u0131na neden oldu\u011funu ifade etti. Karada\u011f, &#8220;Geceleri horlayan ya da nefesi duran biri, asl\u0131nda uykuda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 \u015fekilde nefes al\u0131p veremiyordur. Bu durum beyni, kalbi, karaci\u011feri, b\u00f6brekleri ve t\u00fcm v\u00fccudu olumsuz etkiler. Karada\u011f, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: &#8220;Art\u0131k profesyonel ehliyetler 5 y\u0131lda bir, amat\u00f6r ehliyetler ise 10 y\u0131lda bir sa\u011fl\u0131k raporuyla yenilenmek zorunda. Bu raporlarda uyku apnesi de de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Bu ki\u015filer de elbette s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc olabilir. Ancak bunun i\u00e7in tan\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n konulmas\u0131, gerekli tedavilerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve bu durumun \u00fc\u00e7 uzman hekimden olu\u015fan bir heyet taraf\u0131ndan onaylanmas\u0131 gerekiyor&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu. Uyku bozuklu\u011fu olan ki\u015filerin hem bireysel sa\u011fl\u0131klar\u0131 hem de toplum g\u00fcvenli\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan risk olu\u015fturabileceklerine i\u015faret eden Karada\u011f, &#8220;Uyku bozuklu\u011fu tan\u0131s\u0131 konmam\u0131\u015f bir ki\u015fi, trafikte ya da i\u015fyerinde ciddi kazalara neden olabilir. Avrupa&#8217;da ve \u00fclkemizde bu nedenle yasal d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kazalar\u0131n ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin azald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Karada\u011fi &#8220;Uyku s\u0131ras\u0131nda yeterince nefes alamayan ki\u015fi zamanla kilo al\u0131r, tansiyonu y\u00fckselir, ruh hali bozulur.
