Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve doyurucu tercihlerin oldu\u011fu Osmanl\u0131 Saray Mutfa\u011f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan kaseler ise ah\u015fap olmas\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<h3>OSMANLI MUTFAKLARININ VAZGE\u00c7\u0130LMEZLER\u0130<\/h3>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 denilince akla ilk gelen yeme\u011fe olan sayg\u0131d\u0131r. Yemek saatine yak\u0131n kurulan yer sofralar\u0131 herkes taraf\u0131ndan benimsenmi\u015fti.<br \/>\nBu d\u00f6nemde \u00e7atal, b\u0131\u00e7ak gibi yemek ara\u00e7 gere\u00e7leri yemek k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde bulunmamaktayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yemek kaseleri ah\u015fap, toprak kaplar, bak\u0131r, g\u00fcm\u00fc\u015f ve nadiren alt\u0131ndan elde edilirdi. Kullan\u0131lan kaseler nadiren alt\u0131ndan da yap\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131. Ka\u015f\u0131k kullanmak ve hatta gidilen yerlere ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yan\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131mak gibi bir uygulama bulunuyordu. G\u00f6\u00e7ebe hayattan yerle\u015fik d\u00fczene ge\u00e7en T\u00fcrk toplumu zamanla mutfa\u011f\u0131na tah\u0131l, sebze ve meyve gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri de dahil etmi\u015ftir.
