Her sabah g\u00fcne su i\u00e7erek ve yar\u0131m saatlik kardiyo ile ba\u015fl\u0131yor, ya\u015f\u0131m ilerledik\u00e7e kalbimi yormayan ama s\u00fcreklili\u011fi olan hareketleri tercih ediyorum. Sigaray\u0131 tamamen hayat\u0131mdan \u00e7\u0131karman\u0131n fark\u0131n\u0131 sahnede 10 saat kesintisiz \u015fark\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebilecek g\u00fcc\u00fc kendimde bularak anlad\u0131m. Beslenmemde ya\u011fdan ve \u015fekerden uzak duruyor, sadece iki-\u00fc\u00e7 haftada bir kendimi \u00f6d\u00fcllendirerek psikolojik dengemi de koruyorum. Benim i\u00e7in spor sadece v\u00fccut geli\u015ftirmek de\u011fil; stresle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmam\u0131 sa\u011flayan ve ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 ayakta tutan en b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u015farj y\u00f6ntemidir.
