Hamilelikte \u00fcz\u00fcm yemek (ya\u015f \u00fcz\u00fcm) makalemizde bu meyvenin gebe kad\u0131n\u0131n ve karn\u0131ndaki bebe\u011fin sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na olan faydalar\u0131na yer verdik.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#4B0082;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">Anemiyi (kans\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131) tedavi eder<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Kans\u0131zl\u0131k gebelikte en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131ndand\u0131r. \u00dcz\u00fcm y\u00fcksek miktarda demir i\u00e7eri\u011fi ile hemoglobin yap\u0131m\u0131nda \u00f6nemli rol oynar.
