Kafein psikoaktif bir molek\u00fcld\u00fcr ve \u00e7ay, kahve gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli i\u00e7eceklerde do\u011fal olarak bulunmakta, haz\u0131r kahve, enerji i\u00e7ece\u011fi kola gibi i\u00e7eceklerin ise \u00fcretimine eklenmektedir. Kafeinin en \u00e7ok bilinen kaynaklar\u0131 kahve, \u00e7ay, kolal\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler ve \u00e7ikolatad\u0131r.&nbsp; Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonucunda en y\u00fcksek kafein miktar\u0131 T\u00fcrk kahvesinde, en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kafein ise kolada oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#FF8C00;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><strong><u>G\u00fcnl\u00fck kafein s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 nedir?<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcnl\u00fck kafein s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 ki\u015fiye g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fir. Kafeine kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131k; kafeinli g\u0131dalar\u0131n t\u00fcketiminin s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131, d\u00fczenli olarak al\u0131nan miktar, v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve fiziksel ko\u015fullar gibi pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6re ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fir.
