Bazen tereya\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bazen de beyaz peynirin \u00fczerine s\u00fcr\u00fclerek yenilen, kahvalt\u0131 sofralar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcsleyen ve bir\u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fidi bulunan re\u00e7el evde kolayl\u0131kla yap\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#FF8C00;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><u><strong>Vi\u015fne Re\u00e7eli Nas\u0131l Yap\u0131l\u0131r?<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Gereken malzemeler:<\/p>\n<p>1 kilogram vi\u015fne<\/p>\n<p><strong>1,5 kilogram toz \u015feker<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 \u00e7ay ka\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 limon tuzu<\/p>\n<p>Vi\u015fne \u00e7ekirdeklerini temizlemek i\u00e7in temiz bir \u00e7engelli i\u011fne ya da pipet<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fcy\u00fck boy tencere<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>Re\u00e7el yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce vi\u015fnenin ye\u015fil saplar\u0131 temizlenir. Daha sonra vi\u015fneler fazla s\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p ezilmeden bir \u00e7engelli i\u011fne yard\u0131m\u0131yla vi\u015fnelerin \u00e7ekirdekleri \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r. Yahut vi\u015fne \u00e7ekirde\u011fini \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in pipet kullanabilirsiniz. Vi\u015fnelerin pipetle temizlenmesi olduk\u00e7a basit bir i\u015flemdir. Y\u0131kan\u0131p saplar\u0131 ay\u0131klanan vi\u015fnelerin sap k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7ine pipet sokularak vi\u015fnelerin i\u00e7indeki \u00e7ekirdekler \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131r. Bu i\u015flemi yaparken vi\u015fnelerin az da olsa sular\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu i\u015flemin bir tencerenin i\u00e7inde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan vi\u015fne sular\u0131n\u0131n ziyan olmas\u0131na engel olur.<\/p>\n<p>Daha sonra vi\u015fneler tencerenin taban\u0131na yay\u0131larak \u00fczerine \u015feker eklenir. Vi\u015fneler tencerede bu \u015fekilde bir g\u00fcn boyunca bekletildikten sonra tencere oca\u011fa al\u0131narak kaynamaya b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. Kaynarken re\u00e7elin y\u00fczeyinde olu\u015fan pembe k\u00f6p\u00fcklerin ta\u015fmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu k\u00f6p\u00fcklerin \u00fcstten ka\u015f\u0131kla al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereklidir. Re\u00e7elin istenilen k\u0131vama ula\u015f\u0131p ula\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlamak i\u00e7in re\u00e7el suyundan ka\u015f\u0131kla bir miktar al\u0131narak bir porselen ya da cam taba\u011fa bir iki damlat\u0131l\u0131r. Re\u00e7el suyu hemen da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131yor ve akm\u0131yor ise re\u00e7ele bir limonun suyu eklenerek 5 dakika daha kaynat\u0131l\u0131r. Di\u011fer bir nokta ise re\u00e7el kavanozlar\u0131n\u0131n ve kapaklar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131cak suda kaynat\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<strong> E\u011fer re\u00e7eller k\u0131\u015f mevsimi i\u00e7in saklanacak ise re\u00e7el kaynad\u0131ktan sonra&nbsp; s\u0131cakken kavanozlara doldurulmal\u0131 ve kavanozlar\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131 kapat\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra ters \u00e7evrilerek bir gece boyunca so\u011fumaya b\u0131rak\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. <\/strong>B\u00f6ylece kavanoz kapaklar\u0131nda vakum etkisi olu\u015fur ve kavanoz hava almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in re\u00e7el aylarca bozulmadan muhafaza edilir.<\/p>\n<p>Re\u00e7eli b\u00fcy\u00fck bir kavanoza koymak yerine daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boyutta kavanozlara payla\u015ft\u0131rarak konulmas\u0131 re\u00e7elin muhafaza edilmesini ve t\u00fcketilmesini daha kolay bir hale getirecektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Re\u00e7el yap\u0131ld\u0131ktan sonra k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde t\u00fcketilmeyecekse re\u00e7el kaynad\u0131ktan sonra 10 dakika i\u00e7inde kavanozlara bo\u015falt\u0131larak kapaklar\u0131n\u0131n iyice s\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 ve ters \u00e7evrilmesi gereklidir. <\/strong>Yap\u0131lan bu i\u015flem re\u00e7elin bozulmadan daha \u00fcz\u00fcn s\u00fcre muhafaza edilmesini sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r.
