Kaynama s\u00fcresi dolduktan sonra alt\u0131n\u0131 kapat\u0131n ve \u0131l\u0131yana kadar dinlenmeye b\u0131rak\u0131n. Kahvalt\u0131 yapt\u0131ktan 60 dakika sonras\u0131nda hepsini i\u00e7meniz gerekir.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcr\u00fc uygulamak i\u00e7in \u00e7ay\u0131 her i\u00e7ece\u011finizde taze taze demlemeniz gerekir. 7 g\u00fcn s\u00fcrecek olan bu k\u00fcr\u00fc, bir g\u00fcn yap\u0131p bir g\u00fcn de ara vererek uygulamas\u0131n\u0131z.
