D\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131 denizlerle \u00e7evrili olan T\u00fcrkiye, birbirinden farkl\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131z bal\u0131\u011fa ev sahipli\u011fi yapmaktad\u0131r. \u00dclkemizin denizleri tam anlam\u0131yla bal\u0131k deposudur. Kefal, hamsi, istavrit, sardalya gibi bal\u0131klar, bunlardan yaln\u0131zca birka\u00e7\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000080;\"><span style=\"font-size:18px;\"><strong>Yenilebilen Bal\u0131k T\u00fcrleri <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#FF8C00;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><u><strong>Hamsi<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Marmara ve Karadeniz b\u00f6lgelerinde \u00e7ok yayg\u0131n olan bal\u0131k \u00e7e\u015fitlerinden biridir. Hemen hemen t\u00fcm insanlar\u0131n be\u011fenerek t\u00fcketti\u011fi lezzetli bir bal\u0131kt\u0131r. T\u00fcyleri parlak, g\u00f6vdesi ufak ve tad\u0131 da nefistir. Karadeniz denilince hat\u0131rlanan ilk y\u00f6resel lezzetlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Sade olarak t\u00fcketilebildi\u011fi gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli Karadeniz yemeklerinin yap\u0131m\u0131nda da tercih edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#FF8C00;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><u><strong>\u00c7inekop<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7inekop, en sevilen bal\u0131k t\u00fcrlerinden biridir. L\u00fcfer bal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n biraz daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olanlar\u0131na &#8216;\u00e7inekop&#8217; denir. Boylar\u0131 10-15 santimetre civar\u0131nda olup bilhassa Karadeniz ile Marmara denizinde daha \u00e7ok g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#FF8C00;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><u><strong>L\u00fcfer Bal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye denizlerinde bulunan l\u00fcfer bal\u0131\u011f\u0131, besin de\u011feri ve maaliyet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a de\u011ferlidir. Tabii ki l\u00fcfer av\u0131 sadece \u00fclkemizde de\u011fil ba\u015fka \u00fclkelerde de yayg\u0131nd\u0131r. \u00dclkemizin b\u00fct\u00fcn denizleri de l\u00fcfer bak\u0131m\u0131ndan zengindir. L\u00fcfer, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde d\u00fcnden bug\u00fcne \u00f6nemini hi\u00e7 kaybetmemi\u015ftir ve 81 ilimizin ortak lezzetidir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#FF8C00;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><u><strong>Palamut<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Palamut, neredeyse herkesin favorisidir ve T\u00fcrk mutfa\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6zel bir yere sahiptir. En fazla Marmara ve Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesinde rastlansa da \u00fclkemizin b\u00fct\u00fcn denizlerinde palamut bal\u0131\u011f\u0131na rastlanmaktad\u0131r. S\u00fcr\u00fc bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan palamut, g\u00f6\u00e7ebe bir hayat s\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#FF8C00;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><u><strong>Uskumru<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye denizlerinde avlanabilen me\u015fhur bal\u0131klardan bir di\u011feri de uskumrudur. Ancak kolyoz bal\u0131\u011f\u0131na benzedi\u011finden ay\u0131rt edilmesi zordur. Uskumru, bol miktarda omega-3 i\u00e7ermektedir yani EPA-DHA seviyesi y\u00fcksektir. Tad\u0131na doyum olmayan bu bal\u0131\u011f\u0131n pulsuz bir g\u00f6vdesi vard\u0131r. Baz\u0131 denizlerde ya\u015fayan uskumrular \u00e7ok ya\u011fl\u0131 olurken baz\u0131 sularda ya\u015fayan uskumrular ise daha az ya\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#FF8C00;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><u><strong>\u0130stavrit Bal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizin t\u00fcm tuzlu sular\u0131nda avlanabilen bir bal\u0131k t\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr. Uzun bir v\u00fccudu olan istavrit iki kenar\u0131ndan biraz bas\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Tuzlu sularda ya\u015fayan bu bal\u0131k, en rahat avlanan bal\u0131k t\u00fcrlerinden biridir. Bu y\u00fczden genellikle fiyat\u0131 pahal\u0131 de\u011fildir. Mezgit bal\u0131\u011f\u0131 hem tad\u0131yla, hem d\u00fcnya genelinde pop\u00fcler olu\u015fuyla hem de her b\u00fct\u00e7eye hitap etmesiyle vazge\u00e7ilmezdir. Akdeniz ve Ege b\u00f6lgelerinde daha me\u015fhurdur. Sofralar\u0131n ba\u015f tac\u0131 olan sardalya ile hamsi aras\u0131nda benzerlik vard\u0131r. Ka\u011f\u0131t kebab\u0131 ve bu\u011fulamas\u0131yla da sofralarda yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#FF8C00;\"><span style=\"font-size:16px;\"><u><strong>Barbun Bal\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As\u0131l ismi barbunya bal\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r ancak k\u0131saca barbun diye an\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Hem d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyle hem de yap\u0131s\u0131yla de\u011fi\u015fik bir su \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 13 santimetreden k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck barbunya bal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n avlanmas\u0131na izin verilmemektedir.
