Unu kontroll\u00fc bir \u015fekilde ilave ediyoruz ki hamurumuz yumu\u015fak olsun.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Yo\u011furma i\u015flemini bitirince hamurumuzdan ufak bezeler yap\u0131yoruz. Kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z malzemeye g\u00f6re muhtemelen en az 20-25 tane \u00e7\u0131kacakt\u0131r. Orta boy tepside yapacaksan\u0131z bu kadar\u0131 zaten yeterlidir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unumuzu ve m\u0131s\u0131r ni\u015fastas\u0131n\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz ve haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bezelerden bu kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m yard\u0131m\u0131yla yufka a\u00e7maya ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz. Yufkalar\u0131m\u0131z tepsi b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bezelerin aralar\u0131na unlu ve ni\u015fastal\u0131 kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mdan s\u00fcrerek \u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc veya d\u00f6rtl\u00fc gruplar halinde a\u00e7abiliriz.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Yufkalar\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131ktan sonra ara katlar\u0131na ceviz serpi\u015ftiriyoruz. (\u0130sterseniz 12 yufka a\u00e7t\u0131ktan sonra tek seferde ceviz serpebilirsiniz.) Yufkalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131za g\u00f6re \u015fimdi baklava dilimi yahut kare \u015feklinde ufak ufak kesiyoruz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u0131v\u0131ya\u011f ve tereya\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 tavaya al\u0131yoruz ve 7-8 dk boyunca k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte \u0131s\u0131t\u0131yoruz. Daha sonra baklavam\u0131z\u0131n her yerine da\u011f\u0131t\u0131yoruz.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>F\u0131r\u0131na verip 200 derecede takriben 20-25 dakika pi\u015fmeye b\u0131rak\u0131yor ve k\u0131zard\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman f\u0131r\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yoruz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Baklavam\u0131z pi\u015ftikten sonra 5 dakika dinlenmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Ard\u0131ndan so\u011fuk \u015ferbeti \u00fczerine ilave ediyoruz. B\u00f6ylece baklava hamurunuzun yap\u0131\u015fma ve par\u00e7alanma riski olmaz.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Baklavaya lezzet veren en \u00f6nemli malzemelerden biri tereya\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.
