Bu s&uuml;renin sonunda suyunu s&uuml;z&uuml;yoruz ve so\u011fuk suyun i&ccedil;erisine at\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Suyun i&ccedil;erisine att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z patl\u0131canlar yeteri kadar so\u011fuduktan sonra &ccedil;\u0131kart\u0131yoruz ve g&uuml;zelce s&uuml;z&uuml;yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Dolamalar\u0131n i&ccedil; harc\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlamak i&ccedil;in yanmaz bir <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mavikadin.com\/etiket\/pilav\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">pilav <\/a><\/strong>tenceresini oca\u011f\u0131n &uuml;zerine al\u0131yoruz ve i&ccedil;erisine zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ilave ediyoruz. Sonra da k&uuml;&ccedil;&uuml;k \u015fekilde do\u011franan so\u011fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 at\u0131yoruz. Sonras\u0131nda &uuml;zerine karabiber, sumak, tuz, pul biber ve kuru naneyi de ekliyoruz. Bu kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 g&uuml;zelce kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz ve 1 dakika kadar kavuruyoruz. Nar ek\u015fisini ve s\u0131cak suyunu da ekledikten sonra kaynayana kadar orta ate\u015fte pi\u015firelim. Kaynamaya ba\u015flar ba\u015flamaz da alt\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131sal\u0131m ve suyunu &ccedil;ekene kadar kavural\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Haz\u0131r olan i&ccedil; harc\u0131 ocaktan al\u0131yoruz ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 dakika kadar dinlendirdikten sonra kuru patl\u0131canlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n i&ccedil;erisine 1 parmak bo\u015fluk kalacak \u015fekilde dolduruyoruz. Son olarak tencereye dizdi\u011fimiz dolamalar\u0131n &uuml;zerine zeytinya\u011f\u0131 ve bu suyu gezdirdikten sonra kapa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapat\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Oca\u011fa ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z dolamalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kaynayana kadar orta ate\u015fte pi\u015firdikten sonra k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte suyunu &ccedil;ekmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz.
