Sonra da &uuml;zerine s&uuml;t, su, sirke, yumurta ve tuzu ekledikten sonra kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 g&uuml;zelce kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131ktan sonra yava\u015f yava\u015f un ekliyoruz. Bunu yaparken unu elekten ge&ccedil;irmeyi unutmuyoruz. Unu eklerken bir yandan da yo\u011furuyoruz. Ele yap\u0131\u015fmayacak bir hamur elde etmemiz gerekiyor. Sonra da &uuml;zerine b&uuml;y&uuml;tt&uuml;\u011f&uuml;m bezeleri yerle\u015ftiriyoruz. &Uuml;zerini buzdolab\u0131 po\u015feti ile kapatarak hepsini &uuml;st &uuml;ste koyuyoruz. Tamam\u0131 bitince, hepsini i&ccedil;ine alacak bir po\u015fet i&ccedil;erisine koydum. Buzdolab\u0131 normal b&ouml;l&uuml;me g&ouml;nderdim. S&uuml;t&uuml; tencereye al\u0131yoruz ve &uuml;zerine de irmi\u011fi ekleyerek kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131ra kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131ra pi\u015firiyoruz. Sonras\u0131nda kayma\u011f\u0131 so\u011fumas\u0131 i&ccedil;in borcama d&ouml;k&uuml;yoruz. \u0130&ccedil;erisine k\u0131y\u0131lm\u0131\u015f f\u0131st\u0131klar\u0131 da d&ouml;k&uuml;yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Sonras\u0131nda bir tane bezeyi al\u0131yoruz ve bol ni\u015fasta kullanarak oklava yard\u0131m\u0131yla a&ccedil;maya ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz. \u0130nce bir hamur elde etmemiz gerekiyor. Ard\u0131ndan a&ccedil;\u0131lan yufkay\u0131 oklavaya as\u0131yoruz ve kenarlar\u0131ndan b&uuml;z&uuml;yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Tezgaha ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yufkay\u0131 serbest b\u0131rak\u0131yoruz. B&uuml;zg&uuml;l&uuml; bir \u015fekilde &ccedil;\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. &Uuml;zerlerine f\u0131st\u0131klar\u0131 yerle\u015ftiriyoruz. Onun &uuml;zerine de haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kayma\u011f\u0131 koyuyoruz. \u015eimdi ise &uuml;st&uuml;n&uuml; &ouml;rt&uuml;yoruz. S\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz ve form vermeye ba\u015fl\u0131yoruz. B\u0131&ccedil;ak yard\u0131m\u0131yla ortalar\u0131ndan kesiyoruz. Tek tek al\u0131yoruz ve ters &ccedil;eviriyoruz. \u015eeklini kontrol ediyoruz, kenarlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz. Fazlal\u0131klar\u0131 da kesmemiz gerekiyor. Sonras\u0131nda baklavan\u0131n &uuml;zerine g&uuml;zelce d&ouml;k&uuml;yoruz. Daha &ouml;nceden \u0131s\u0131tm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fum 170 derecedeki f\u0131r\u0131na g&ouml;nderdim. Alt &uuml;st ayarda 45 dk da pi\u015fmi\u015f olacak. G&ouml;zlemleyerek &uuml;zeri k\u0131zar\u0131nca f\u0131r\u0131ndan &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131n.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s&uuml;resinin sonunda baklavalar\u0131 f\u0131r\u0131ndan &ccedil;\u0131kart\u0131yoruz. \u015eimdi de ocakta k\u0131sa bir s&uuml;re alt\u0131n\u0131 pi\u015firiyoruz. Ocak a&ccedil;\u0131kken kaynayan \u015ferbeti d&ouml;k&uuml;yoruz ve &ccedil;ekmesini bekliyoruz. Son olarak &uuml;zerini s&uuml;sl&uuml;yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Tad\u0131 damaklarda kalan baklavam\u0131z 4 saat dinlendikten sonra \u015ferbetini iyice &ccedil;ekmi\u015f hale gelecek.<\/p>\n<p>Midye baklavam\u0131z\u0131 art\u0131k servise haz\u0131r.
