Bu s&uuml;renin sonunda s&uuml;z&uuml;yoruz ve bol suda y\u0131k\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi de tavuk etini geni\u015f ve derin bir tencerenin i&ccedil;erisine ald\u0131ktan sonra &uuml;zerini &ouml;rtecek kadar su ilave ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Tenceredeki tavu\u011fun &uuml;zerine 1 tutam tuz ve kalan limon suyunun tamam\u0131n\u0131 ekliyoruz. Bu \u015fekilde ha\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra s&uuml;z&uuml;yoruz ve etleri tel tel didikliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>So\u011fan\u0131n kabuklar\u0131n\u0131 soyuyoruz ve do\u011fruyoruz. Sonras\u0131nda ku\u015f&uuml;z&uuml;mlerini \u015fi\u015fmesi i&ccedil;in \u0131l\u0131k suyun i&ccedil;erisinde 5 dakika kadar beklettikten sonra s&uuml;z&uuml;yoruz. Tencereyi oca\u011fa ald\u0131ktan sonra s\u0131v\u0131ya\u011f\u0131 k\u0131zd\u0131r\u0131yoruz ve so\u011fanlar\u0131 soteliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>&Uuml;zerine pirinci ekledikten sonra tahta ka\u015f\u0131kla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak kavuruyoruz. Sonra da badem, ku\u015f&uuml;z&uuml;m&uuml;, tar&ccedil;\u0131n, karabiber, yenibahar ve tuzu ekleyip kavurmaya devam ediyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Biraz &ouml;nce tiftik \u015feklinde didikledi\u011fimiz tavuklar\u0131 ve 2.5 su barda\u011f\u0131 tavuk suyu ekledikten sonra kapa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapat\u0131yoruz.
