T\u00fcrkiye Hastanesinden Uzman Diyetisyen Bahattin Arslan ekme\u011fin kilo ald\u0131r\u0131p almad\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ilgili \u015fu ifadelerde bulundu:<\/p>\n<p>Ekmek, un, su ve tuz ile yap\u0131lan sofram\u0131z\u0131n ba\u015f tac\u0131 bir besin. &Ccedil;o\u011fu ki\u015fi ekmeksiz bir hayat d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;nemiyor, ekmeksiz doymad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s&ouml;yl&uuml;yor. Ancak kilo vermek isteyenler ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 ekme\u011fi azaltarak veya tamamen keserek diyetine ba\u015fl\u0131yor.
