Sonra da &uuml;zerine un ve tuzu ekliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131vam\u0131 gelen ve ele yap\u0131\u015fmayan, yumu\u015fak k\u0131vaml\u0131 bir hamur elde edene kadar yo\u011furuyoruz. &Uuml;zerini &ouml;rterek bir s&uuml;re dinlendiriyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu s&uuml;re i&ccedil;erisinde bir yandan da i&ccedil; har&ccedil; i&ccedil;in so\u011fan\u0131 yemeklik \u015fekilde do\u011fruyoruz. S\u0131v\u0131 ya\u011f ekledi\u011fimiz tavada so\u011fan\u0131 soteliyoruz. Ard\u0131ndan &uuml;zerine k\u0131yma ekleyip kavuruyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi de tuzunu ve karabiberini koyup alt\u0131n\u0131 kapat\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fka bir tencerede tereya\u011f\u0131 eritiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk ba\u015fta haz\u0131rlanan ve dinlenen hamuru 30 e\u015fit par&ccedil;aya b&ouml;l&uuml;yor ve yuvarl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eimdi de bezeleri tatl\u0131 taba\u011f\u0131 b&uuml;y&uuml;kl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;nde a&ccedil;\u0131yoruz. Hepsine bu i\u015flemi uyguluyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>A&ccedil;t\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bezeden bir tanesini al\u0131yor ve &uuml;zerine tereya\u011f\u0131 s&uuml;rerek her yerini ya\u011fl\u0131yoruz. \u0130kinci hamuru da bu \u015fekilde birincinin &uuml;zerine koyarak ya\u011fl\u0131yoruz ve di\u011ferlerine ge&ccedil;iyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u015fekilde 16 bezeyi &uuml;st &uuml;ste koyuyoruz ve en &uuml;stte kalan hamuru ya\u011flam\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Bir ba\u015fka tabakta kalan 14 bezeye de ayn\u0131 i\u015flemi uyguluyoruz. Ya\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z f\u0131r\u0131n tepsisine hamurlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 al\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Daha sonra &uuml;zerine harc\u0131 d&ouml;k&uuml;yoruz. Di\u011fer hamuru da ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde a&ccedil;\u0131yor ve &uuml;zerine kaplayacak \u015fekilde yay\u0131yoruz. Kenarlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ca k\u0131v\u0131rarak kapat\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>&Uuml;zerine tereya\u011f\u0131 s&uuml;r&uuml;yoruz.
