Ele yap\u0131\u015fmayacak bir hamur haz\u0131rlad\u0131ktan sonra bir kab\u0131n i&ccedil;erisine al\u0131yor ve &uuml;zerine stre&ccedil; film kapat\u0131yoruz. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 15-20 dakika kadar dinlendiriyoruz.<\/li>\n<li>Hamurun aras\u0131na s&uuml;rmek i&ccedil;in bir tavada tereya\u011f\u0131 ve s\u0131v\u0131ya\u011f eritiyoruz. Ya\u011f k&ouml;p&uuml;rmeye ba\u015flay\u0131nca ka\u015f\u0131kla bunlar\u0131 temizleyelim. Oca\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 kapat\u0131yoruz ve bir kenarda bekletiyoruz.<\/li>\n<li>Yeteri kadar dinlenen hamuru un serpilmi\u015f tezgaha al\u0131yor ve toparl\u0131yoruz. Sonra da 6 e\u015fit par&ccedil;aya b&ouml;l&uuml;yoruz. Bunlar\u0131 yuvarlayarak beze haline getiriyoruz.<\/li>\n<li>Hamur bezelerinin kurumamas\u0131 i&ccedil;in &uuml;zerlerini temiz bir bez ile kapat\u0131yoruz. Bir tane bezeyi oklava veya merdane ile a&ccedil;al\u0131m. Bunlar\u0131 da 15-20 dakika kadar bekletiyoruz.<\/li>\n<li>S\u0131ra geldi i&ccedil; harc\u0131 haz\u0131rlama a\u015famas\u0131na. Bunun i&ccedil;in geni\u015f bir kab\u0131n i&ccedil;erisine k\u0131yma ekliyoruz. &Uuml;zerine yemeklik so\u011fan, tuz, karabiber ve pul biber ilave ediyoruz. T&uuml;m bunlar\u0131 g&uuml;zelce kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yoruz.<\/li>\n<li>Bu s&uuml;re i&ccedil;erisinde dinlenen hamurlardan bir tanesini tezgaha al\u0131yoruz. Elimizle a&ccedil;arak inceltiyor ve geni\u015fletiyoruz.<\/li>\n<li>Biraz &ouml;nce haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z k\u0131ymal\u0131 harc\u0131 hamurun i&ccedil;erisine d&uuml;z bir \u015ferit halinde yerle\u015ftiriyoruz.
