Nas\u0131l ki tuz t&uuml;ketimini azaltmak konusunda bir ba\u015far\u0131 elde ettiysek, acilen \u015feker t&uuml;ketimini de d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;rmemiz gerekiyor. Bir ba\u015fka %15 ise gizli \u015feker hastas\u0131. Bu oranlar son derece y&uuml;ksek ve alarm verici.
